Each load of wash & fold is $40 + $15 Delivery Fee
Yes, in order to meet our fast turnaround time we tumble dry ALL garments given to us. If you have any delicate items that require hand dry, we cannot guarantee how quick this will dry and be returned.
For working families and businesses we offer contactless pick up and delivery service. Please place items in a visible and safe place for our drivers to pick up and drop off.
Please note we cannot be held liable for any lost items during this process.
We will make reasonable efforts to remove stains; however, stain removal cannot be guaranteed
Yes we require a minimum order of $55 + delivery for each booking. Should your load be less we will still charge the minimum amount
We take reasonable care of all laundry entrusted to us.
If an item is lost or damaged while in our care, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. With detailed photos & description of the damage
Yes, we accept bulky items such as blankets, doonas and quilts. These items are priced separately based on size and type.
While we aim to provide a 24-hour turnaround, this cannot always be guaranteed for bulky items. We will always do our best to have your laundry ready as quickly as possible.
A $15 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your collection.
The final cost will be determined once we assess the size of your laundry load. Any remaining balance must be paid in full prior to delivery.
By booking our service, you authorise We Wash Laundry to charge the payment method provided through our booking system for any outstanding balance.
